Location adjacent to Brasov old town, many shops, and pedestrian street in the heart of the city. Lovely and good room with a private bathroom. Excellent service overall.

The hotel had a perfect location just walking distance from Council Square. It was also just next door to all the restaurants and shops and the restaurant and the promenade where there are many shops.

The rooms individual and amazing with a great view, large windows plus AC. Unbeatable and cozy location right in Old Town, great restaurants in the local area. Again, walking distance to a German Lutheran church.

Very comfy bed, large bathroom and a seating area, iron/ironing board, and a work desk in the room. What a fantastic friendly staff. Good and beautiful location, extremely close to Council Square.

The staff was SUPERFRIENDLY and the room was huge and new-fashioned. Exceptionally comfortable bed overall. Great location in the centre of the old city, European style building.

The location

Staff showed no motivation to bring solutions (we had reserved 2 double rooms through Booked.net and the evening we arrived only one room was available; we had to split to sleep at our friends' house) and didn't make any commercial effort for the mistake they had made! The breakfast was poor and they only had juice made of powder!), and the waiter didn't tell us we could have eggs, we only realized it at the end

The hotel is very clean and in a fantastic location. The standard king rooms are comfortable and offer amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private safe, and a work desk. There are also nearby restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

Nice and helpfull staff, nice rooms with a very good bed. Perfectly lokated in the center of the old town. It is suposed to be a 3 stars hotel but I would better say it is a 4 stars, beside there is no elevator

The hotel was nice, everething was new and clean, but even having the room in the last floor it was noisy, we could ear everithing that hapened in the corridor. There was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom that did not desapear during the whole stay.

Best location to enjoy the historical center, warm cozy rooms, friendly staff

I loved staying in this hotel since it was right in the heart of the action and close to everything in town. The hotel facilities were super clean and tidy, and the breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold dishes. What I appreciated the most was the staff, who helped arrange transportation and were always accommodating. The location was definitely a plus, as it was right next to the main town center and many restaurants near Piata Sfatului.

Can't fault the property in any way.
